Outdoor Cooking Tips to Bump Up Your Next Barbecue

Grill Planning

Serving Your Food

Presentation is just as important as the cooking itself, especially if you want to wow your guests. To mix it up, try serving burgers on kaiser buns. Opting for higher-quality bread will significantly improve your burgers overall. Cheap buns will get soggy quickly, so it’s important to use buns that will hold everything together. In addition, be sure to add the cheese to your patties at the last minute of cooking in order to get it nice and melty. For chicken, steak, or ribs, it is a good idea to slice the meat against the grain into thin strips. This will make it easier to eat and also prevent it from drying out.
